Ian Somerhalder has revealed that he was satisfied with the way Lost ended. Somerhalder, who played Boone in the show, explained that the episode could never have pleased everyone.
"The finale was such a monumental thing because it spanned six years of phenomenal storytelling," he told AOL. "For some viewers it was exuberant because it answered the questions they wanted answering and it was somewhat disappointing for other viewers."
He added: "We all had an idea of where we wanted the story to go and it ended, I think, very powerfully, very neatly, and yet like any good story it still left you answering questions."
